A native of California with a degree in chemistry and a passion for creativity, Tiffany has been designing luxury homes and commercial spaces in the U.S. Virgin Islands since 2002. She leans on her scientific background to ensure her designs are not only stunning and evocative of island life, but also provide optimal functionality and safety – features especially important for a vacation rental home. An award-winning interior designer, Tiffany considers it a privilege to be invited into other people’s houses to help them transform their living spaces. Her goal is to bring the ease and beauty of island life into your interior and exterior environment, and to make your life better. “The essence of interior design will always be about people and how they live…All the furnishings we select, color schemes we create and floor plans we put together have an ultimate goal of creating a backdrop that makes your life healthier and happier,” she says.
Before moving to St. Thomas in 2012 to pursue her passion for interior design, Angelica worked in civil engineering and surveying in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. With a degree in Drafting, Interior Design and Architecture, she is currently continuing her education at the Academy of Arts University. With a precise eye for detail, floor planning and elevations, and with exceptional expertise in kitchen and bath design, Angelica has been a designer at Lagnappe since 2016. Our clients say they enjoy working with her because she is organized, provides accurate timelines, and gives valuable suggestions about functionality and aesthetics. In her free time, she enjoys a cross fit workout and boating with her friends.
Chantal has over 15 years of experience in residential interior design, including many years working in luxury kitchen and bath showrooms in Charlotte, NC and Washington DC designing custom spaces for clients. During her time designing high-end kitchens and bathrooms, she gained extensive knowledge of tile and plumbing products, a passion for design and an eye for detail. A native of the South, Chantal was born in New Orleans and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She began her career in London as a design manager for an international publication for the fine arts and antiques industries before turning her considerable creative design talents to interiors.
Mary’s experience competing in the 2012 London Olympics in synchronized swimming comes in handy each day as she runs the Lagnappe office with harmony and precision, keeping track of all furnishings, fixtures and accessories shipments ordered for our clients. In addition to her coordination and swimming talents, Mary has a BA in Business Management with a minor in Law. She loves working with people, helping solve problems, providing answers and keeping us organized and effective. Her international swimming competitions have allowed her to travel all over the world and see beautiful design from a global perspective. She has lived in St. Thomas since 2016 and has been with Lagnappe since 2017.
As a former entrepreneur who founded and operated an e-commerce business for 17 years, Yvonne has experience in vital disciplines such as procurement, purchasing and logistics to ensure successful design projects and satisfied clients. After selling her business, she achieved her goal to take her skill sets to the interior design industry, creating organized and strategic processes specific to design. Yvonne considers it an honor to work with such a talented and professional design team, and is proud to collaborate behind the scenes with the designers, the CEO and vendors, helping to free up their time to devote to luxury interiors projects.
