The Design Details

From the stunning view of Water Point to the arched doorways, classical columns, soaring ceilings, suspended fans and Sapelli mahogany cabinetry, everything about this home is grand and majestic.

When a young family with a new baby moved in, we were asked to help make it their own and to make it kid-friendly.

We renovated the basement to use as a laundry room and big kids playroom, and refurbished the outdoor living and pool areas to provide plenty of space for this family to gather - with enough shade to enjoy watching sailboats, sunsets and sunrises together.
