The Design Details

This client never intended to rent his condo [ one of just a few of our clients who don't have that as a goal ] but to enjoy it himself for holidays and getaways.

When he purchased the unit, it had not been updated since the mid-80s, so it needed a complete redesign.

We opened up the living area by turning a 4-bedroom into a 3-bedroom to provide more room for cooking and entertaining.

The refreshed space has an elevated style featuring a blue and white color scheme with a mix of British Colonial and organically-inspired furnishings for a preppy Hamptons touch with a tropical twist that makes him proud to invite friends to vacation with him on the island.
