Located in Peter Bay, one of St. John’s most exclusive luxury residential communities, this beachfront retreat was reimagined to feel more connected to its extraordinary Caribbean setting. Half of the original home was rebuilt, including an expanded kitchen and a new second story, while the existing interiors were transformed to create a seamless blend between old and new. Natural textures, soothing colors, modern light fixtures, and custom furnishings bring a fresh perspective to this luxury St. John home renovation while preserving its original Mediterranean character.

Designed for a family that loves to gather, the six-bedroom villa balances generous entertaining spaces with quieter places to relax. Open connections between the interiors, pool, and terraces make indoor-outdoor living an effortless part of everyday life, while durable materials and comfortable furnishings keep the atmosphere relaxed and unfussy. The result is a sophisticated Caribbean vacation home that reflects the exclusivity of Peter Bay without sacrificing the ease of island living: polished enough to feel special, but relaxed enough for sandy feet.
